¼ cup Quick Oats
½ cup Spinach
½ cup Alkaline Water Regular Water if Alkaline Ionized Water is Not Available
1 tbsp Chia

Diabetic Berry Medley Smoothie

This is really yummy! I have separate bags of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and sometimes blackberries so used some from each. Very refreshing on a hot afternoon!

This is really yummy! For this Diabetic Berry Medley Smoothie I have separate bags of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and sometimes blackberries and use some from each. Very refreshing on a hot afternoon!  Super easy and quick.  I always use alkaline water for everything but if you do not have an ionizer then just use the water you would normally use.
