Healthy Green Breakfast Smoothie

Delicious Green Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients for Green Breakfast Smoothie:

3 cups of cleaned fresh spinach
2 bananas, the riper the sweeter
3 cups frozen fruit, in chunks (mix of mango, pineapple and peaches)
1 cup coconut water, could substitute for plain or alkaline water

Green Breakfast Smoothie Instructions:

Combine all green breakfast smoothie ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve within 24 hours or freeze for later.

You may also choose to pre-freeze your bananas, I like to keep a sealed container in the freezer with a few frozen bananas ready to use in my smoothies.

This awesome green breakfast smoothie can be whipped together in no time, it can also be made the day before. The bananas may change color slightly if they are not pre-frozen, but when added amongst all the bright colored fruits & veggies the difference is minimal.
