1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 cup Lime Juice Fresh squeezed

    Here is a Thai mushroom side dish with plenty of spicy influences. Utilize whatever mushrooms are in season, such as straw, button, het kone or shiitake mushrooms.

    Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add oil.

    When hot, add mushrooms, green onion, and garlic. Sauté, stir-ring frequently, until tender and lightly browned, 5 to 7 minutes.

    Add fresh cilantro, turmeric, cayenne, salt, and lime juice; stir to combine. Serve immediately in a warmed bowl or on warmed plates.
